We have the honor of introducing our firm, SILAS & ASSOCIATES to our stake holders, SILAS & ASSOCIATES is a professional firm of Acoutants, Auditors and Management & Tax Consultants. The firm has its heaquarters in Dar es Salaam and a branch in Mbeya.
We affirm our commitment to provide professional financial audit services. Our services will cover certification of financial accounts, performance and management audits. We focusing on the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the overall entity's operations.
The firm Silas & Associates has experienced significant growth since its inception in the year 2000 by then it was known as FBK & ASSOCIATES before introduction of a new partner in 2013 when it had to change its name to Silas & Associates. It has fully-fledged offices in Dar es Salaam Kigamboni Peninsula-Scaba Building and a branch in Mbeya City. Presently, the firm is managed by two partners who are ably supported by a team of audit seniors and juniors.
A single-minded purpose and goal is accorded to each member through the firm’s clearly laid down vision statement and service philosophy. Since its inception in the year 2000, the firm has gained a number of audit and accounting clients as well as those requiring consultancy services in Tax, Financial Management, and Risk Management and more. Accounting Services
We prepare draft accounts ready for audit, we do accounts reconciliations, management of debtors & creditors, bank reconciliations and more.
Tax Consultancy
We file monthly returns, annual final returns, VAT monthly returns, and other information as required by Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
Management and Bussiness Consultancy
Our firm offers advisory services on management structures as well as operations management and business consulting on marketing & operations aspects. We assist in the preparations of Strategic Plans. We offer training of Accounting Packages.
Payroll Management
We manage payrolls on behalf of our clients and prepare salary slips for their employees. We file their monthly statutory returns at the TRA and in social security funds and any other statutory organ.
Accounts Management
We train accounting staff of our clients on the easiest ways of reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually according to their needs. We design such reporting templates capturing up all peculiar features of a specific business.
Bussiness Planning Assistance
We prepare Business Proposals for submission to banks and other financiers for acquisition of loans, mergers, amalgamations of businesses. Aiming at enhancing performance as well as business expansions, and more.
